I focus on the diagnosis and treatment of complex hip injuries, particularly acetabular fractures, dysplasias, and post-traumatic conditions affecting the hip joint. I have experience in the surgical management of acetabular fractures, as well as hip joint replacements in young and adult patients with structural or degenerative conditions. My approach is centered on precise anatomical reconstruction, joint preservation, and early functional rehabilitation. I trained as a medical doctor at the University of Sinú and completed my Orthopedic specialization at the University of Cartagena. I then pursued advanced training in pelvic and acetabular surgery at Fundación Santa Fe de Bogotá, followed by a Musculoskeletal Trauma Observership at Zuckerberg General Hospital, where I gained experience in advanced and minimally invasive techniques. I currently provide care at Medihelp in the city of Cartagena, supported by a multidisciplinary team and state-of-the-art technology. I am committed to delivering personalized, ethical care focused on restoring mobility and improving each patient’s quality of life.
